Troy Manning and Harold Paine have both lived in Simi Valley since 1978. They met in 1999 while working together doing pet photography in the southern California area. They hit it off immediately and quickly realized their personalities and style of photography were extremely compatible. They opened their studio in 2001. Their creativity stretches them to think outside the box and their philosophy is that their client should have fun. Their energetic and calming influence immediately puts clients at ease thereby producing some amazing results.

Their photography has been featured on the covers of CD’s, while their headshots have actually started modeling careers. They photographed the first wedding to ever take place at the Ghost Bar at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas. They have taken their art as far as San Luis Obispo Beach and into Hollywood for movie stills.
Their spontaneous reaction to a fire found their prints published in Firehouse, a fire department magazine. Freelance work has also been printed In the Thousand Oaks Acorn. Pictures in the still life and architecture categories have won first, second and third place ribbons at the Ventura County Fair.
In addition to traditional color photos, Harold and Troy have extensive experience with black and white, sepia tone and hand colored photography.
Outside their work environment, their hobbies and interests include poker, football, music, videography, film editing and independent films.
